No amount of education and schooling can compare to the real life experience and training you can receive with an experienced, qualified ride along mentor during an actual home inspection. Peer review performance ride-along programs are also available to inspectors.
The Ride-Along Mentoring component is a structured observation of a professional inspection. The goal is to provide the mentee with a real world experience through the eyes of seasoned professional inspectors. All participants are required to download, print and sign a Mentor Release which details their participation in this field program.

About Our Home Inspector Mentoring Pacific Crest Inspections works with new home inspectors to develop their skills and receive 40 hours of field experience . Pacific Crest Inspections is licensed by the State of Washington to provide Structural Pest Inspections and Home Inspections. Pacific Crest Inspections is also certified by The American Society of Home Inspectors as a Certified Home Inspection and received the Certified Real Estate Inspector credential from the National Association of Home Inspectors.
